Our dedicated sourcing team are constantly being approached
by developers willing to offer plots with substantial discounts.
Many developments are not the right fit for our private
investor client base – but could be just what you’re
looking for.
We have strong relationships with many regions of the large
national developers such as: Taylor
Wimpey, Bellway, Bryant Homes, David McLean, Persimmon.
In addition, we’re constantly developing our contacts
with smaller local developers.
On many occasions, developers offer us the plots first
– and only offer them out to others if we don’t
take them.
We get offered both long-term off-plan
as well as stock units –
from quantities starting from 10-12
plots per development – all on an exclusive
basis.
Plus ... if we don’t have what you’re looking
for – we can probably get it.
Fees
There is no sourcing fee to
bulk buyers. We receive an agency fee directly from the
developer.
Developers come to us because they know they can rely
on us to move their plots on. A bulk buyer reneging on a
deal is potentially damaging to our reputation, so we only
work with committed purchasers. We charge a non-refundable
reservation fee of £1,500-£2,000 per
plot – which is then deducted from your purchase deposit.
